The Challenge

SMB clients managing payments in several currencies had to switch between products and had no single view of their money.

The results

• Increase in daily queries of consolidated balances We redesigned the home screen information hierarchy to prioritize one of the most relevant data points for users: the company's total consolidated balance. The new experience lets users see, from their first login, the total balance across all bank accounts, broken down by currency with access to its detail. Result: daily queries of consolidated balances increased, strengthening the app's use as a financial reference tool.
