The Challenge
The bulk transfer creation process was a long experience with little visibility into the upload result. The number of steps and the difficulty of identifying which transfers had been processed correctly caused uncertainty, manual reviews, and flow abandonment. The challenge was to rethink the experience to simplify the process and give users greater control and visibility while building their transfers.
The problem
Companies that needed to make mass payments to their employees could not find an efficient way to solve this task on the web.
To complete the process, they turned to home banking, where they centralized their balances and could make multiple transfers by uploading a file with their employees' bank details.
This left the web outside of a relevant and recurring financial operation for companies.
The results
- Closing the gap in mass transfers We designed a simple file upload and validation experience that allowed companies to manage multiple transfers in a single operation. Users could review the information before processing it and have greater control over payment execution. Result: a more agile and centralized operation, reducing the time needed to manage mass payments and allowing this task to be resolved directly from the web.
- Increase in billing through transfers The simplification of the mass transfer experience drove a higher volume of operations within the platform. Result: the growth in transactions generated an increase in commission revenue and expanded opportunities to offer new products and services to companies.
